In India being women is sin and expensive, I have heard this from a women

Every 23 minutes a child, girl, women  is raped, case remains pending for years and dirty question are asked from the victim in court.

Women are not safe in india .in India only daughter of businessman, beaurucrat ,politician ,statesman, high  money people are safe.

India can only give cry, die and suffering to them

Social activist ,politician ,people of India says female foeticides  should be banned. Killing girls should not be done. I want to ask why? simply. I am asking this because my answer is below

A Country which cannot guarantee  permanent safe guard of women in our country .they do not have any right to ask this from any people or to make any law related to this. first guarantee security then ask people.

Why not you put award price on male foeticides ,population  of rapist ,criminals and robbers  will become less.in survey you will learn that 70-80 % crimes are executed by males.

Next important thing child women and juvenile commission or  society head women says change is needed is thinking towards women not in law.with high respect dear women change in thinking is gradual process not an instant process ,it cannot be changed in months or minutes.

Instead of making any new and strong law, suggestion. you say this and that only for vote bank. for making law you need justice xyz commission .but you don’t take their help, while making some  important laws for citizen of india.

As a student of law I have studied IPC LAW deeply.

 In which it is written  that India is situated is such a geographical location and people mental nature is such that  ,certain laws are needed to be relaxed or made hard.(these lines are not written clearly, but can be interpreted  in such a way).

Now what punishment I am going to describe certainly will not accepted because 18-45 MP/MLA  are Facing these  charges, so this law may not come in effect. This will be opposed by USA,UN AND other developed countries.

New modification of IPC RAPE LAWS  by  justice  verma  committee   says that rapist should have life term imprisonment.

I want to just ask 2 things, (verma died after 2 months )

did it effected rape crime rate ?rape are increased and parliamentarians are saying death  sentence should be removed (because we are also culprits)

why we domesticate  cockroach ,RATS ,SNAKES,ETC IN India.?

A female doctor must do rape tests, ultrasound ,MRI whichever procedure must be done in front of female judicial magistrate ,female police, women social workers ,parents or relatives

(if doctor tampers medical report or forces victim any way must be punished)

Forensic  verification

Lie detector test, narco test ,brain mapping test ,truth serum test any  other  truth related  test. entire procedure must be recorded .

Army law and investigation team will do these test or accredited doctors to court before female judicial magistrate will do this.

Case Time frame

Cases must be given judgment under given time frame .it will never exceed 6 months or 8 months maximum.

Court ethics

Separate special courts will be there in every district and state

District judges will be answerable Governor  of state and state level  judges directly to president

Governor and president /vice president responsibility will be if these court do not function smoothly and neatly .

Entire court proceeding  and criminal jail sentence ,death all will be video recorded

Rape and women violence court will have lawyers ,judges ,stenographer ,servants  all women.

 victim will decide if both parties will be allowed to take advocate or not.

Victim privacy must be maintained by media ,court and all peoples.

Advocates asks dirty Questions from victim ,you don’t have idea. son of rich people get released easily through their power and money.

12 member of judges will sit every weekend for discuss.

You will not agree with my point but no lawyer will take part in rape cases.

it will be entirely direct communication between victim/ criminal and judge

Victim can register her information/report/anything privately to judge

Judge will never say to victim to marry a rapist.it will lead to penalty to judge and a fine or suspension

Court fee, stamp duties may be waived on victim request

If needed free lawyers will be provided to victim ,lawyer must be a women.

Court case load must be checked.one judge will hear 10 cases daily.

For foreigner (rape victim) special court will give justice to them within 2 months.

Court procedure will be speedy and autonomous in nature in terms of procedure and action .

it will not follow passenger train speed of Indian courts system. Or make any guniess world record of longest running case in world history

rape cases will be registered through e-filing directly to any women police station cell of choice and court ,or by direct appearing before court or women police station

this will surely eradicate rape from india, why  don’t you try. if not succeeded then you are free to abandon it.
